- Heat chocolate, water and 2 Tbsp. confectioners' sugar; stir till smooth. Remove from heat. Add in egg yolks; beat till smooth. Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites. Cold.
- Beat whipping cream and 2 Tbsp. confectioners' sugar till soft peaks form. Cut angel food cake into 4 layers. Top each layer with whipped cream and drizzle on some of the chocolate mix.
- Put only chocolate mix on top of the cake, allowing it to drip down the sides. Refrigerate4-5 hrs or possibly overnight. 12 servings.
