Ингредиенты

  • 2 1/3 c. Sifted flour
  • 1 pkt (4-ounce) instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Soda
  • 1 1/2 c. Brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2/3 c. Butter
  • 1 c. Buttermilk or possibly sour lowfat milk
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 pkt (6-ounce) chocolate morsels
  • 1/4 c. Minced walnuts (optional)

Инструкции

  1. Sift flour with instant pudding, salt and soda. Add in brown sugar, butter and buttermilk. Beat 1-1/2 min with mixer on low speed. Add in Large eggs and vanilla. Beat 1-1/2 min. Turn into three greased and floured 8-inch round pans. Use about 1-1/2 c. batter per pan. Sprinkle chocolate morsels over layers. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min. Cold. Frost and decorate with walnuts.
