- Over double boiler, heat caramels with 1/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk. Mix cake mix, melted butter and 1/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk. Spread half the cake fold in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 6 min at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Pour caramel mix over the crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans over this. Then drop globs of cake mix on top. Bake 16 to 20 min at 350 degrees. Cut while hot.
