Ингредиенты

  • 1 3/4 c. plus 3 Tbsp. flour, separated
  • 1 3/4 c. quick cooking oats
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. applesauce or possibly prune puree
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. semisweet chocolate pcs
  • 3/4 c. fat free caramel ice cream topping Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Инструкции

  1. Coat 13 x 9" pan with cooking spray.
  2. Combine 1 3/4 c. flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and salt. Add in applesauce and oil; stir with fork or possibly fingertips till proportionately moist and crumbly.
  3. Reserve 1 c. for topping.
  4. Press remaining mix proportionately into bottom of pan.
  5. Bake 15 min. Cold 10 min.
  6. Sprinkle with chocolate pcs. Stir remaining flour into caramel topping. Drizzle over chocolate. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
  7. Bake 15 min or possibly till edges are golden brown.
  8. Makes 36 bars
