- Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Put all the wet ingredients on top. Stir with a spoon till well blended. Pour into 2 layer pans and bake at 350 till done. Check at 20 min. Frost when cold
- it for the 20 birthdays he's had since I've known him:) Old(er) flour will make it dry and somewhat tough (this from experience) You can make homemade frosting, or possibly store bought. Personally I'm not a big sweet eater so I always buy frosting and no one ever complains.
