Chocolate Brownies ( Simply Baking )

Ингредиенты

  • 140 gm 70% chocolate, (5z)
  • 110 gm Butter, (4oz)
  • 2 tsp Coffee
  • 4 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 140 gm Sugar, (5z)
  • 110 gm Plain flour, (4oz)
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 pch Salt

Инструкции

  1. Heat the chocolate, butter and coffee in a bowl over simmering water.
  2. Beat the Large eggs and sugar together till light and creamy. Sift over the flour, baking pwdr and salt. Mix in the hot chocolate and mix well.
  3. Pour into a greased 9inch/23 cm tin and bake for 20u25 min. Be careful not to over cook as the cookies will be dry in the centre.
  4. Cut into chunks immediately then leave to cold in the tin.
