Ингредиенты

  • 1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 stick ) butter
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees grease 13x9 inch baking pan
  2. Combine sugar, butter, and water in large bowl
  3. Stir in eggs and vanilla
  4. In medium bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt sift and stir into sugar mixture
  5. Add nuts (optional)
  6. Spread into prepared baking pan
  7. Bake 18 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out slightly sticky
  8. Cool completely in pan or on wire rack
  9. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top (optional)
  10. Cut into bars (optional)
