For people with severe food allergies 2 c. barley flour 1 c. rice flour 1 tsp salt 2 tsp baking soda 6 Tbsp. cocoa pwdr

2 c. sugar 2 tsp vanilla 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. canola oil 2 Tbsp. vinegar 2 c. cool water

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients and blend well. Place batter into two 9 inch layer pans. Bake for 25-30 min. Let cold, then frost.
