- 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 c. (8 ounce) lowfat sour cream
- 1 3/4 c. (12 ounce pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. minced walnuts or possibly pecans
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 T butter, melted
- 2 teaspoon lowfat milk
- 2 ounce unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar

- Remove 2 tbsp of the cake mix and use to coat the chocolate chips and nuts. Set aside. Put together cake mix, large eggs, water, vanilla, pudding mix and lowfat sour cream. Mix well. Mix in chocolate chips and nuts. Put into greased and lightly floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees, 50-55 min or possibly till cake tests done. Remove from pan to cool on wire rack. Frost when completely cooled.
- Mix egg yolks, melted butter, melted chocolate, lowfat milk and vanilla together. Add in confectioners' sugar. Beat till creamy.
