Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkt Lowfat milk Chocolate (8oz.bar)
  • 4 pkt Cream cheese (3oz)
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa pwdr
  • 1 dsh of salt
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Инструкции

  1. Heat chocolate bar in top of double boiler over warm water. Meanwhile, whip creamcheese till light and fluffy. Combine sugar, cocoa, and salt. Add in to cream cheese mix. Blend in Large eggs and Vanilla. Add in melted chocolate bar. Beat just till blended. Don't OVER-BEAT! Pour into crust (nut crust recommended). Bake at 325 degrees for 40 min without opening oven door. Cold in refrigerator 8 hrs.
  2. Garnish with lowfat sour cream topping and minced nuts
