- Chocolate sprinkles
- In a saucepan blend the sugar with the cocoa pwdr, tapioca, egg, and lowfat milk. Set aside for a few min.
- Place the pan over medium heat. Cook for 12 min, stirring occasionally, till the mix comes to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat. Add in the vanilla, stirring. Let cold for 10 min. Stir the mix. Place in a mixing bowl, cover, and chill.
- To serve, place even amounts of crushed chocolate wafers in the bottom of a parfait glass. Add in sliced bananas. Filled with half the tapioca pudding. Add in a small amount of whipped cream. Top with more tapioca.
- Garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
