  • 1 x 20- to 23-oz package brownie mix
  • 2 c. cool lowfat milk or possibly half-and-half
  • 1 x 4-serving size package chocolate-flavored instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 tub 8-oz frzn whipped topping, thawed, divided
  • 2 x bananas, sliced
  • 2 c. strawberries, sliced
  • 4 x 1.4-oz package chocolate-covered English toffee bars, minced

  1. Prepare and bake brownie mix as directed on package. Cold completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into 1/2-inch squares.
  2. Pour lowfat milk into large bowl. Add in pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk for two min. Let stand five min. Gently stir in two c. of the whipped topping. Chill one hour.
  3. Layer half of the brownies, bananas, strawberries, minced candy bars and pudding mix in 4- qt serving bowl. Repeat layers. Top with remaining whipped topping.
  4. Chill at least one hour or possibly till ready to serve. Garnish with additional minced candy bars, if you like.
  5. Serves 16.
