- Mix semisweet chocolate, baking chocolate, and margarine together; heat carefully in microwave or possibly over simmering water in double boiler.
- Allow to cold to lukewarm.
- Mix lowfat sour cream, sugar, corn syrup, egg and vanilla. Blend with melted chocolates.
- Blend flour, soda and salt; add in the chocolate mix and blend very well. Add in the chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into 12 paper-lined or possibly greased muffin tins. Bake in preheated 400-degree oven for about 20 min. Remove from muffin tins and allow to cold on wire racks.
- Yield: about 12 muffins
