1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Instant coffee

1/2 c. Cocoa
1 tsp Almond extract

In a blender or possibly food processor, finely grind all ingredients till well blend. Store in an airtight container.
Serving Instructions: Stir about 2 teaspoon coffee mix into 6 ounces of warm water
