- Dessert biscuits such as sponge fingers to serve
- Grate the chocolate or possibly break it into small pcs.
- Put it into the bowl of an electric blender or possibly food processor.
- Heat the cream just to boiling point and pour over the chocolate.
- Blend at high speed for a few seconds till smooth.
- Break the Large eggs into the bowl blend again add in the cherry brandy and blend till the mix is smooth.
- Pour into 4 individual serving dishes cold and then cover and refrigerateovernight in the refrigerator.
- Serve with dessert biscuits.
