1/2 pound dry beef
1 can mushroom soup

Flour
Lowfat milk

Инструкции

Fry dry beef in pan. Sprinkle with flour and fold in pan. Add in a little water and the mushroom soup. Stir and then add in lowfat milk. Will serve 6.
