- Wash the vegetable under running water with a dash of salt. Separate the stalk from the leaves.
- Heat the oil in a wok and add the stalk of the vegetables as these take long to cook. Then stir in the leaves.
- Add in the oyster sauce and add in a dash of salt.
- Stir well and serve warm.
