Ингредиенты

1 (7 ounce.) can tuna, packed in water 1 sm. red onion, cut thin 1/2 head lettuce, shredded 1 can chow mein noodles

1 pkg. frzn peas, thawed 1/2 red pepper, julienned 1 shaved carrot 1/2 c. sunflower seeds

Инструкции

1. Drain tuna and combine with other salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients and mix into salad just before serving. Serves 4-5.
