- Cut ribs in small pcs. Bake in oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Pour off the accumulated (moderate) fat.
- Prepare sauce, combining vinegar, sugar, cornstarch and soy sauce. Heat over low heat till sauce thickens. Pour the sauce over the ribs and bake in a slow oven for another 45 min. Stir the ribs occasionally to be sure all the ribs are coated.
