1 lb grnd lean pork 1 tsp salt 2 Tbsp. chili pwdr 1/4 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp oregano 2 clv garlic, pressed 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Инструкции

1. Mix all ingredients. Allow to sit overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Form into patties as with other sausage, or possibly crumble and fry.
