Ингредиенты

  • 6 prawns
  • 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. cooking wine

Инструкции

  1. Wash prawns. Cut off tail end to drain. Remove legs.
  2. Slit backs. Remove black veins. Cut each into 3 sections.
  3. Marinate in soy sauce and wine.
