- The day before cooking - cut ribs into portion size, salt and pepper. Place in deep pan, big sufficient to hold ribs and sauce.
- Mix soy sauce, marmalade, garlic and ginger. Pour over ribs. Cover with foil (airtight). Put in refrigerator overnight.
- Next day stir and mix the sauce in chops well. Cover with foil (airtight). Cook in oven 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till tender. Take out, put on cookie sheet and put back in oven to dry or possibly brown. Takes only a few min.
