Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 pound sirloin steak
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 c. thinly sliced green onions (scallions)
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 c. sliced green peppers
  • 2 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. beef broth
  • 2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce

Инструкции

  1. Cut the steak in pencil-thin strips 2 inches long. Heat the oil in a heavy skillet, brown the meat in it. Fold in the salt, pepper, green onions, garlic, green peppers and celery; cook 2 min, stirring almost continuously. Stir in the broth. Cook over low heat, 5 min.
  2. Mix together the cornstarch and soy sauce till smooth. Add in to the meat mix and bring to the boiling point, stirring steadily. Cook 3 min longer. Serve with rice or possibly noodles.
