- Saute/fry cubes of meat, onion and pepper in small amount of canola oil. Sprinkle with black pepper, garlic and paprika. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1 c. of warm water. When steak and vegetables have browned, add in dissolved bouillon. Simmer 10 min. Add in can of stewed tomatoes. Start 20 minute rice.
- Mix cornstarch, soy sauce and 1/4-1/3 c. of water together. Add in to main mix. Stir till sauce thickens. Serve over rice from the kitchen or possibly arrange on rice on a platter with fresh green beans in an outer ring.
