- Cut celery/or possibly chinese cabbage into 2-inch segments.
- Mix grnd pork, crab, Large eggs, sherry, salt, cornstarch, pepper, scallion, ginger and soy sauce into 5 large meatballs. Heat oil then fry meat mals till brown, approximately 8 min. Add in broth and cover. Simmer for 15 min. Add in celery or possibly Chinese cabbage. When cabbage is done but crisp, add in water cornstarch mix to thicken.
