Chillin' Coleslaw

I hate making coleslaw, because I haven't found one that even comes close to what we want. The KFC version doesn't cut it either, as I worked there many years ago, as the "salad cook" and know what goes into it.
However, this one is a bit different and just might be what I'm looking for.
