3 to 4 pound shoulder pork roast (boneless) 1 lg. can Ortega green chile salsa

1 med. can Ortega minced green chiles Garlic salt to taste

Инструкции

1. In crock pot place pork roast (sprinkled with garlic salt to taste), can of green salsa and minced chiles. Turn crock pot to medium setting. Cook 6 to 8 hrs till pork is tender.
