  • 1/4 c. Honey
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 x Lemon juiced or possibly just lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly grnd pepper or possibly regular
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 x Garlic clove chopped
  • 3/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil

  1. Mix honey and mustard in lidded jar. Add in remaining ingredients and shake vigorously. It is very good.
