1 Tbsp. Grnd warm chile, such as picquin or possibly chiltepin
1 1/2 Tbsp. Grnd cumin

1 1/2 Tbsp. Grnd oregano
1 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
1 tsp Salt

Gerlach. I have made this and is very easy and far better than store bought pwdr. Experiment with different chiles for hotter or possibly milder taste.
