- 3/4 c. Medium pasta shells, uncooked
- 1 can (15 ounce) hormel chili, no beans
- 4 c. Romanine lettuce, shredded
- 1 c. Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 x Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 x Avocado, peeled, seeded, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. Green onion, sliced
- 1/4 c. Plus 2 Tbsp. french, or possibly catalina salad dressing

- Cook pasta shells according to package directions; drain. In saucepan, combine chili and shells. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently till thoroughly heated. To serve, place lettuce in serving bowl. Top with chili mix, cheese, bell pepper, avocado, green onion, and salad dressing.
