- 1/2 t curry powder
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t ground red pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 T brown sugar
- 3 dried chili peppers
- 1/2 cup stadium sauce or chili sauce
- 1-2 bottles of beer (add 2 bottles of beer if sauce gets to thick)
- 8 hot dogs
- 8 hot dog buns
- french fried onions of frito corn chips
- shredded cheddar cheese
