  • 1 lb American cheese, Velveeta (the mild Mexican style)
  • 1 x (4 ounce.) can canned green chilies, diced
  • 2 x tomatoes, Roma, minced
  • 3 x scallions, minced end to end
  • 4 Tbsp. red onions, minced

Инструкции

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a crock pot or possibly a pan on the stove over low heat. If cooking on the stove, stir often and beware of burning.
  2. Serve in the crock pot at a low setting with a bowl of blue corn tortillas or possibly Fritos "Scoops".
