- Bring potatoes, squash and broth to a boil in in a stockpot over medium-high heat; reduce heat to a simmer and cook 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook meat, onions and garlic in the salad dressing in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until meat is browned, stirring occasionally. Add in seasonings; cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add skillet mixture to potato mixture in stockpot; stir. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in mixed vegetables; simmer another 10 mintes; stirring occasionally.
