2 can Sliced black olives
8 x -(up to)
10 x Poblano chiles, roasted, peeled and minced, about 1 c.
3 x Scallions, cut into 1 inch lengths
1 sm Tomato, quartered and liquid removed
2 Tbsp. Salad oil
2 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro

Combine all ingredients in ablender and process till barely blended. Serve as a dip with sliced jicama and/or possibly tortilla chips.
