Ингредиенты

  • 6 x Idaho potatoes peeled
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. heavy whipping cream hot
  • 2 x roasted poblanos peeled, seeded, and diced Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Инструкции

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15 min, or possibly till tender. Drain, place on a sheet pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Remove the potatoes from the oven and transfer to a large bowl.
  3. Add in the butter to the bowl and mix with an electric mixer till smooth. Add in the cream till it reaches the desired consistency. Stir in the poblanos and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
