2 cans hominy, liquid removed
3 tbsp. onion, grated
1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or possibly Jack)
1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chilies

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a casserole dish a 350 degree oven for 30 min.
