- Puree the chilis in a food processor or possibly blender Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Marinade for at least 2 hrs refrigerated. I usually marinade 3 or possibly so. Grill wings, basting as needed with saved marinade.
- Wings are done when they do not stick to the grill. Pour a cool one and enjoy.
- If you want to add in a little kick to 'em, throw a Tbsp. of cayenne in the mix.
