Ingredients: 8 x boneless chicken breasts; 1 c. orange juice; 2 Tbsp. grated orange rind; 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil; 1/3 c. vinegar; 1/4 c. dry chiles; 2 x cloves garlic; 1 tsp cinnamon; 1 Tbsp. sugar; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Ингредиенты

8 x boneless chicken breasts
1 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. dry chiles
2 x cloves garlic
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Инструкции

Combine all ingredients except chicken in a blender or possibly food processor till smooth. Place chicken in a large baking dish and pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till chicken is fully cooked. If you don't wish to have this recipe spicy you may omit the chiles and the cayenne pepper.
Chefs Notes: Use skinless chicken.
