- Heat the oil or butter on a low flame..
- saute half of white onion, shallots and garlic until softened..
- add chicken, and light soy sauce until brown all side evenly..
- add dark soy sauce, tomato sauce, half of white onion, honey and half ot fresh tomato, salt and ground pepper..
- add water and waiting until the water is less. Keep reducing the sauce until it reaches your desired intensity.
- serve immediately with steamed rice or potatoes wedges..
