Ингредиенты

1 fryer, cut into pcs 6 potatoes, cut into chunks 1 (16 ounce.) jar Steinfeld's Wine Kraut (or possibly reg. kraut), liquid removed 1 c. apple juice

1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr 1 teaspoon ginger 1/4 c. brown sugar

Инструкции

1. In large skillet fry chicken pcs in small amount of oil till brown. Then add in liquid removed sauerkraut and potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix apple juice with curry pwdr, ginger and brown sugar and pour over chicken. Simmer for 45 min.
