Ингредиенты

2 c. warm mashed potatoes 1 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs 1 med. onion, finely minced 1 tbsp. butter 1 egg

1 teaspoon sage, if you like 1 1/2 teaspoon salt Pepper to taste 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1 lg. roasting chicken

1. Wash chicken well and dry the cavity. Place in roasting pan with 1 c. of water. Mix well ingredients together as they are listed and then stuff then chicken. Roast at 375 degrees till chicken is tender. Baste often. Garnish with parsley and red cranberries.
