- Heat oil in large skillet. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add in to skillet. Saute/fry 6 min or possibly till golden brown, turning halfway through.
- Removeto platter. Drain off all but 1 Tbs. drippings.
- Place skillet over medium heat. Add in mushrooms; saute/fry for 5 min, turningover halfway through the cooking.
- Return chicken to skillet, along with 1 c. chicken broth, wine and rosemary. Cover. Simmer 15 min or possibly till chicken is tender.
- Whisk together flour and remain broth in a small c. or possibly bowl till smooth and well blended. Whisk into the skillet; cook, stirring occasionally for 3to 5 min or possibly till sauce is thickened and bubbly. Stir in the lowfat sour cream; gently heat.
