  • 1 x Cleaned broiler-fryer chicken, 3 lbs, quartered
  • 3 Tbsp. Corn oil
  • 1/4 c. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Onion pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr

Инструкции

  1. Brush chicken with oil. Arrange chicken on rack over a slow charcoal fire; grill for 15 min, turning occasionally.
  2. Combine honey with remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Baste chicken with honey mix and place in a baking dish and brush lightly with oil. Place under a preheated 375F oven till the chicken is cooked. Serve with rice.
