Ингредиенты

  • 6 chicken breasts, skinned (and boned optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 T butter
  • 3/4 c. apricot preserves
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place in oven proof casserole dish. Top each breast with 1/2 tsp butter. Bake chicken, uncovered for 15 min (30 min if not boned).Put together preserves, wine and garlic. Spoon over chicken and bake 45-60 min, basting. You may wish to substitute orange marmalade or possibly any other favorite preserves. Serves 6.
