  • 150 ml oil
  • salt,black pepper
  • 200ml mustard sauce
  • 5 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 green raw chilli
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil

  1. 1.Cut the chicken wings in two,and fry them in 150 ml hot oil.Set aside.
  2. 2.Stew also,in 2 tablespoons oil,chopped garlic and chilli.
  3. 3.Pour mustard sauce,add salt,black pepper,and boil tillis thick.
  4. 4.In a form,put the chicken wings,add souceabove,and pit fresh chopped parsley.
