Ингредиенты

1 (16 ounce.) pkg. frzn broccoli 2 c. cooked chicken or possibly turkey 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 c. mayonnaise 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, bread slices, cubed 2 tbsp. butter, melted

Инструкции

1. Cook broccoli on stove top or possibly in microwave till tender; drain. Arrange in 9"x11" baking dish. Place chicken/turkey on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry pwdr. Spread on top of broccoli and chicken. Soak bread cubes in melted butter. Spread cheese on soup mix and place bread cubes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min or possibly till cheese is melted and bread cubes are browned.
