6 boneless chicken breasts 1 brick of Meunster or possibly Monterey Jack cheese, cubed in 1 inch pcs 1 c. Parmesan cheese 1 c. bread crumbs

3 teaspoon parsley flakes 4 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/4 pound (1 stick) butter 4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Инструкции

1. Secure chicken around cheese with toothpicks.
2. Dip chicken in mix of butter, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.
3. Roll chicken in mix of Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and parsley.
4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 min.
