Ингредиенты

  • 3 chicken cutlets, flattened
  • 6 mushrooms, minced
  • 3 tbsp. flavored bread crumbs
  • Garlic pwdr
  • Pepper
  • 3 teaspoon butter

Инструкции

  1. Mix mushrooms with bread crumbs. Spoon mix onto each cutlet (to fill center). Sprinkle with garlic power and pepper. Place 1 tsp. butter on top of mushrooms, then roll and fasten with toothpicks. Bake for 5 min, turn over and bake 1 1/2 min in microwave.
