Ингредиенты

1/2 pound fresh spinach, torn into bite size 1/2 c. well liquid removed mandarin oranges 1 1/2 c. cooked chunk chicken

Garlic salt to taste 1 c. halved or possibly quartered strawberries

Инструкции

1. Prepare dressing first by placing all ingredients in jar; shake well. Chill for at least 2 hrs before serving. To prepare salad, cut up cooked chicken, sprinkle with a little garlic salt; mix spinach, oranges and chicken. Gently add in strawberries. (OPTIONAL: Salad can be prepared without chicken as accompaniment to dinner menu. If you like, small red onion can be sliced and separated into rings and mixed with spinach, oranges and strawberries.
