Ингредиенты

  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion, finely minced
  • 1 c. Mushrooms, thickly sliced
  • 1 x Clove (small) garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 can (8-ounce) tomato sauce Pepper to taste
  • 8 x Chicken breast halves, boneless
  • 1 c. Sliced Mozzarella cheese

Инструкции

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a small saucepan heat oil; add in onion, mushrooms, garlic and oregano. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, till onion is soft. Stir in tomato sauce and pepper. Place chicken in a 2-qt baking dish. Cover with sauce and bake, uncovered, 35 min. Put mozzarella on top and continue baking 5 more min or possibly till cheese is bubbling. Serve over linguini.
